I have used them to make jam. You can thicken fruit puree with chia seeds to get a spreadable consistency without having to spend ages making jam on the stove. It doesn't keep as well, but you can make small quantities as needed.
Yes I do. Have been using them for a long time occasionally but only recently I heard about its benefits. Earlier I used it in sweetened milk drinks, but now I make protein balls in which I add chia seeds.
