Sort of. I got complacent with my calendar. It's on the wall currently turned to August. I also use my phone calendar and bits of paper around the house to remind me of what's coming up.
I have the women's health diary sitting on my desk. Every day I sit down and review the next few days and put in anything that needs to go in - like daycare days, personal training, catch ups, grocery shopping etc
I still use a diary, because it's nice to be organised. It's also a good idea to be able to look back at things you've done and changes that have occurred.
