I sometimes sweep my patio, and occasionally hose it down but never vacuum apart from the mat near the back door.

I also sometimes use a high pressure hose as this is my dog area and it gets dirty.

We sweep it whenever it needs it.
With lots of trees opposite our house, we're forever sweeping in the autumn.
Sweep and every now and again high pressure clean
We have 2 much of my husbands 'junk' on our verandah because we don't have space to put a shed, & there are a LOT of leaves, but it's only swept once every year or so around the junk! I do sweep the front walkway when it gets very leafy, & just before I'm about to wash my hair!

I have been known to give it a quick vacuum around the door area. To be honest, it's so danged windy here that I hardly have to do anything. However, it will be sweeping season soon as my neighbour has an enormous golden rain tree and the flowers, leaves, seeds and pods are the curse of the earth. It's a rental and I don't think the landlord gives a tinker's curse how it affects anyone else.

Sweep and hose

Sweep, then mop.
Comes up lovely after this.
ALL of the above.
I'm a clean freak.
That is one area, that is very important to keep clean, my Mother said it reflects, what your home is like inside.
That was drummed into me, and I guess true enough :)
LOL, jonaja, my mother could not care less about the outside or the car. Her house, however, would rival the cleanest.

Blower vac it - much more efficient than any of the above options. Have to say though, I would hose it down if I could. But, MIL bought a wooden outdoor setting which is as heavy as King Kong, so I can't move it or hose it without potentially damaging it. >.<
