With all the skin cancers Australians get, do you still deliberately sit in the sun?

I have had a melanoma, and a bad one, and have been told to go in the sun before 9 am as I am low on Vitamind D which causes many other problems also!

Sort of a Catch 22 situation -damned if you do and damned if you don't!

Apart from that I would now not sit in the sun though do walk the dogs early in the morning in the sun

No I never do this and have not done so for more years than I can recall!!
Sure do, though I sit out once the harsh sun has gone. I don't buy into all this nonsense. Skin cancer has just as much to do with the food you eat and the things you put on your skin as it does with the sun.

There wasn't any time in my life when I desired to bathe in the sun. Now that I'm aware of the many complications that can arise as a result of over exposure to direct sunlight, I'm not keen on baking myself.
Some Vitamin D is good for you, so a bit of sunshine is essential to maintain everyday health.

I very rarely go out in the sun, but since it is good for your vitamin D levels, I will occasionally expose myself to it every now and then . If I was in Australia, then I probably wouldn't though.
No not any longer, I get enough from walking and 'just living'

No I don't sunbath - I have very fair skin that burns way too easily!

Very rarely. Still try to ensure to keep-up my Vitamin D levels, though.

Never do I ever deliberately sit in the sun!
