Do you remember what your favourite subject in school was?

I actually did not like school and I guess my favourite subject could have been German as I spoke it fluently at home so I was ahead of the non speaking German girls!

I hated maths, chemistry, biology, English, sewing, which leaves few -I didnt mind French.

Art was my favourite in primary school, though high school killed my love of it for a while. Then it was a tie between English and Ancient History.

I definitely enjoyed art the most although I liked all subjects. I hated team sports at school, though. I remember that VERY well.

I absolutely LOVED school except for Phys Ed and Sport!! I think it is a four way tie for my favourites though: Art Maths English and Ancient History!! Gosh I seem so boring! And I found it all so easy as well!!!

I close tie between English and Drama. I also studied Ancient History, which I'm confident I would have loved if I didn't have a wacky and somewhat disinterested teacher.

Oh! Kerri, what a shame for you! Ancient History is just SO interesting. I've always been fascinated in that subject all my life, & the opportunity arose Grades XI-XII to study it! Obtained an 'A' for it!

Am still engrossed by it, & get DVD's from 'The Great Courses' on it, & many other subjects'. That way, I can keep the 'little grey cells' firing! Cheers!

Science and Cooking hands down. Anything scientific fascinates me so I loved science and cooking classes.

My main love was English. Couldn't get enough of it!

Very closely followed by Geography, Ancient History & Speech/Drama.
Easily excelled at all, & continued S&D to Licentiate.

Physical Geography morphed (oops! Pun alert!) into non-formal level University Geology, which I continue.

Also study, informally, Astronomy, Archeology, Paleotology, Anthropolgy & continue Ancient History, also History from 'Fall of Roman Empire' to 1603, concentrating on Early, Middle & Late Ages.

Love Art from BCE to early 20th Century & British Literature.

I don't want my brain to atrophy, so keep it 'ingesting' more knowledge of subjects about which I've been passionate for decades! When you LOVE a 'subject', it's not difficult to learn! It just seems to be 'absorbed', & stays 'locked away' in my brain, ready to be 'retrieved' when required! Cheers!
