I very rarely have shopped on a Sunday.

I am retired so I have no need to shop on the weekend when there are heaps of people around.

I do however appreciate that the shops are open on Sundays for those people who work every weekday and even some on Saturdays as well.

Yes, and every other day of the week if I need to! I tend to shop more often on a Saturday, but am so close to the shops that I do duck up if I need something on a Sunday.
I like to do it during the week because the shops are always chocablock on Sundays.

and sometimes a Friday for me.

Sunday is my day :)
Living by myself I always try to arrange outings at least on some Sundays however....if I don't have anything on and housework is uptodate and I have had enough of my own company.. I may take myself down to Carousel which is close and where I know a few people and browse and probably buy something indulgent!

I don't work during the week so I take advantage of the quiet and do my grocery shopping on a Monday morning. I take my daughter (almost 3) and we get a milkshake and a coffee and a muffin before we go in and shop. I'll only shop on the weekend if we have planned and impromptu BBQ or something else outside of my meal plan that requires me to get supplies or if we have something planned for Monday.
No. I don't normally shop on a Sunday unless there is something I have to get on emergency. Sunday is not a day I want to be involved in any hustle or bustle.
I shop when I need to, regardless of the day but I do try to avoid shopping on weekends. I live in a tourist hub, so weekends are insane here. By Sunday, stores rarely have any stock left, so I avoid it if I can.
I shop whenever I need to but really don't like to shop on Sundays - like my lazy Sundays.
I used to always do my grocery shopping on a Sunday but I have changed and now I do it on a Saturday

I rarely shop on a Sunday unless kit is for more plants for my garden!!! I tend to shop when my dear neighbour goes,as he offers to take me at the same time! We buy small amounts often,as this way our fruit and vegies are at their freshest and yummiest!!! I do think it is great that shops are open 7 days now.I worked every weekend for my delightful young employers as I felt that it was better for them to have these days to spend with their children, while my son had already reached adulthood and we could things together whatever days I had off! I also would do my shopping on those days, and let others shop on Sundays!!!
I think it is great that shops are open every day, both for consumers and workers,
I shop on various days depending on what else I have on, sundays and saturdays are good for people that work during the week and shift workers too.
Yes, parking is free at Bayside Shopping centre on Sundays.
Sunday is for church so only if I ran out of something

I avoid Sunday shopping like the plague *shudder*
I do a bit of shopping on sunday in preparation for school on Monday but sunday shopping is not it for the week!
No. Weekends, wherever possible, are for family time as the weeks are too necessarily full of school and work.

I shop whatever day needed! No longer have to rely only on Thursday night or weekend, thank goodness!
We shop when we need food, and that is not usually the same day. It could be anyday. We prefer Sundays to be family time, so we would not like to shop then.
No not usually. We usually shop on a Tuesday/Wednesday, or when we run out of our loaf of bread.& or the milk. Os occasionally we go shopping after the movies on a Sunday afternoon.

PS: We don't do the Sunday afternoon movies anymore, so we now usually shop mid week, when it's less crowded.

Now, we are between cars we don't have a Sunday/public holiday bus service, so on Wednesdays, we catch a bus & train, or 2 buses to our local Aldi, & then lug all the shopping home. (My husband has a bruise on his wrist now from carrying 2 bags of very shopping about 3weeks ago!) (I think we need a shopping trolly!) On Fridays we visit my mother, so we may buy a couple of food items we need if we have time to before our hourly bus arrives!

I do not make a special trip to grocery shop it can be any day of the week. and timed to try and escape the long queues at the checkout.
No, because where I live stores are not open on Sundays.
Where do you live, Silvi? I thought all shops were open, 7 days a week!
