I'm learning to control my portion sizes. I certainly don't overeat like the man in the picture obviously does! LOL. Today I had a lapse in self-control though. I ate more than half a block of chocolate. In my defense, it wasn't one of those 250g varieties. I think it was only 150g.
Well it doesn't seem to take much now for me to put on weight....I don't eat excessively but now if I wanted to lose weight I would have to eat like a bird and....life is too short and I need to enjoy the last 20 years or so. Food is a real pleasure...am size 14 now and that's fine...once I would have been horrified!!!!
I NEVER eat too much!!! I hate that awful bloated feeling which comes with over-eating!! I stop eating as soon as I feel I have had enough.I always eat slowly and this helps the food to digest and make you feel full.When we eat quickly,our mind is working more rapidly than our stomach,so we end up over-filling it!
Sometimes. I've started scaling back potion sizes a little, but I'm still breastfeeding an active toddler...I NEED to eat larger portions! I tend to over eat packets of chips - I just can't stop myself once I start!!
Yes I can control myself.
I use to eat too much, I think we all can fall into that trap.
Food can be a source of comfort for some, and also help with pain.
I am trying now to loose a few kilos, and doing well.
