I used to till I had high blood pressure and cholesterol!

Now i sometimes put pepper on but never salt.

I also do not use much salt in cooking anymore -meals are not as tasty, however.......

I am addicted to cracked pepper, love salt too but try to use it very sparingly as I know it is not good for you

yes but on a plum or the salt on something else but otherwise i use them to season
I was taught to prepare food so that it will not need any salt or pepper at the table.

I will used cracked black pepper sometimes,but not table salt. If I do want more flavour,I will use Vogel's Vegie Salt. I cook with this product instead of table salt as well.
I'm not much of a one for condiments but I do occaisionally put a bit of salt on hot potatoe chips. I like a sprinkling of pepper in my scrambled eggs but that's about the extent of it.

Someone close to me, who shall not be named, and does have high blood pressure sprinkles so much salt on his food you'd be excused from thinking it had been snowed upon.
No - I never season my food with salt or pepper. I can't stand salt in my food and I never add during cooking either

Hmmmm! Enjoy salt on potato & tomato. Pepper goes on a variety of foods.

I love adding white pepper to cooked tomato's as it gives the tomato's a bit of a "bite to them".
Sometimes I will add black pepper as it is not so spicy..
Salt also preferring sea salt on chips with a touch of pickled onion vinegar.

I've cut down on salt, so hardly ever these days. When I do, I only use it in cooking, and pink himalayan salt.
I use more pepper than I've ever have in the past since cutting down on salt.
