I prefer mine still. As I've grown older though I've come to appreciate sparkling water (on the odd occasion, not as a preference though).
If it is plain water, I prefer it still. I hate soda water. If it is flavoured water then I like both.
I like either but more often drink still water simply because I drink tap water. Sparkling water is more something I would order when I was out. I find soda water particularly good if I have an upset stomach. When I was young my grandfather made soda water with a soda syphon and a soda bulb (gas capsule). We used to love watching him do it and the soda water was considered wuite a treat.
I prefer sparkling water over still. San Pellegrino, San Benedetto and Mount Franklins are my choices time and time again. It's the only carbonated drinks I consume.
I mostly drink tap water, so still.
Still is best for you on the whole.
Always have cold water from tap in fridge.

Freeze water in bottles to take with me out, every time, as get thirsty easily.

Do enjoy 'Sparkling Mineral Water', icy-cold.
still, do not like sparkling water
Still, thank you, but not from the tap
I drink still tap water at home & also in a restaurant, & sometimes, when i remember too, i take a bottle of it, to drink while travelling, in summer on public transport, or in the car.
(I’m not the driver of the car!)
I prefer sparkling water which I became used to whilst on an extended holiday in Europe. Whenever purchasing at an outlet I was asked if I wanted "with gas" so no problem communicating with sales persons.
still water. always
Filtered still water. Sparkling water can cause one to burp embarassingly.
I prefer sparkling soda water. Never mineral water of any sort. Tap water is fine and desirable. I owe my healthy sparkling teeth to the fluoride in our tap water.
I love my water sparkling, and drink this (sparkling mineral water) in place of any soft drinks, sometimes adding a small amount of fresh squeezed fruit juice.

Either way, I prefer my water to keep still whilst I am drinking it ;-)

Well, that was a resounding failure. Ah, me. Time for a cuppa.

I can see the LOL. Not such a failure as you might have thought.

Ah, Vee, what would we do if we couldn't laugh at ourselves? Heehee

Oh! Well Rice, you'd be misplaced then at a 'Moveable Feast'! Lol!

Bummer. Well, I'd lose weight!
by Rice
I don't mind either.
