I used to only eat white breast meat from chicken but now I like all cuts apart from wings which I never buy.
I find that thighs are far nicer in a lot of dishes than white meat which dries out if you cook it for long.
I DO still always order a wing if I have Red Rooster which I have possibly once every few months - like a crispy wing but it has skin which i no longer eat on chicken apart from then.
