Yes we get lint on black and navy...so I have about 6 of these hanging around and they are just wonderful. You can get them at supermarkets, or those $2 shops.
I have been using them, for 20 years.
To clean you just brush backwards say on the carpet or use an old pce of towel.
They also have some you put batteries in, but they kept running low for me...
No. I hardly ever get lint on my clothes. In fact, I can't remember the last time I did get any lint on my clothes. I think it all depends on the type of fabrics you wear, and how you wash them. Woollens should be hand washed, so they shouldn't mix with other clothes to cause lint. Good clothing should be dry cleaned, so it shouldn't go in the machine where it can mix with other lesser quality fabrics that cause lint. My husband puts something in the dryer that looks like a tissue, and that is supposed to be anti - static to prevent lint. Can't remember what it is called . You could always use the lint roller for suits and other good clothing.
Does the thing you put into the washing machine work, though?
Yes. We never get any lint
I will have to look into this, thank you! I am far too lazy to remove all lint from all clothes, LOL. Having said that, I only get lint on my "crap/around the house clothes".
Nope.. not in this house hold..
Tissue bits however that are washed in the machine are the biggest washing drama in this household.. I am sure the kids hide them in secret pockets to annoy me ;)
Funny how we never find anything worth having. LOL. If my mother found a sixpence she'd say, "Oooh, paid the maid."
Yes, but I only notice it on black and navy clothes. I use a bit of sticky tape around my fingers to remove if it bothers me. We lost our link remover during one of our moves and never replaced it as we don't use it that often. Tissues are a pain and go on everything if pockets haven't been emptied!
I found that sticky tape works well.
