Very often.

It is such a nuisance when travelling as even other water upsets my stomach.

I envy those who have a cast iron stomach and do not feel sick a lot of the time!

It has of course, got worse with age!

Sometimes, if I eat outside and the food wasn't very good quality or if it was too oily. Worst comes when I travel and don't get enough sleep..it disturbs my stomach and my mood !

Fortunately not.
I have a chronic upset stomach at the moment. It's a side effect of a medication I'm taking and my doctor has prescribed me more medication to tackle the indigestion etc in the hopes that eventually my system will adjust to the first medicine and the side effects reduce or even go away completely. I live in hope...
Not really

I have the vaguely named irritable bowel syndrome which seems to affect my stomach more than the bowel.

Even foods like Cheezels that have (when I check the fine print) paprika added -don't ask me why - will give me a cramp.
Yes I have been hospitalized many times with the pain. magnesium powder, probiotics, and a magnesium based product called Colon Cleanse do wonders. Also abstaining from sugar.
As I child I was always nauseous. As an adult upset stomachs are part and parcel of another issue. :|

I hardly ever have an upset stomach. I guess once every 3 or 4 moths perhaps. I can only remember it happening twice while travelling.Once was for a whole day in Mexico in '68. (We stayed there a week) And the only next time I can remember was a the morning we came into a Mexican port, on a cruise sometime after '05, but some tablets soon clear up the trouble! The ships Dr was going to change $50 for a visit & tables. I bought a packet of tables near the port for $2.35! (This was during a Panama cruise.)

Very rarely! I guess with all my other very serious issues, I am lucky that I have no problems with my tummy Occasionally I have had an issue, but only if I have eaten something I am allergic to without knowing!
