Do you need a licence to ride a motorized bicycle?

You know...I often wonder if they do need a licence. They go super fast, and if they don't need one, I think there should be one for them.

It depends on how fast they go, and how much damage they can do if they crash into someone.

I don't think you need a licence whoever if you go over a certain speed you do need one.

I don't think you do. Electric bikes are treated like normal bikes, unless it is an electronic motorcycle/scooter like. There are electric bike riding tours, and they don't ask for a license.

Well, I think that cyclists without a motor go fast. So I think that if there is an engine involved I think it should require some sort of licence!

If the bike goes over a certain speed they should be required. Sme goes for non-motor bicycles too and as a matter of fact, some motorised wheelchairs need to be slowed down a little too, considering they are used on footpaths and in supermarkets etc.
