Living in apartment complexes is not for everyone. High rise apartment buildings are a solution to provide a large amount of living space in a small amount of area.
Do you live or have you lived in a high rise apartment building? What were the views like from your apartment?
I have lived only in a top floor unit.
Hated it, with a passion there were no lifts, it was only 4 floors high, but took a toll up and down all the time.
I found that we never went out as much too!
When I was a baby, we did, but I have spent the rest of my life living in housing. I can't imagine I could live in high rise apartment building. I have a fear of heights.
No, I live in a very suburban freestanding weatherboard house with a veggie patch out the side and a trampoline out the back. Wouldn't have it any other way!
The only time I've ever occupied an high rise building was during my studies at college. It was OK for me. I actually liked going up those stairs. I ran up them most of the times. It was only to the third floor anyhow.
Wouldn't live in an Apartment, hi-rise, or any other type.
House for me, totally!
Gotta have a yard, & garden to look at, walk around, grow fave trees, & plants.
Lived like this all my life; ain't gonna change now!
