Do you like soft serve ice cream?

I just love soft serve ice cream!
There is a shop now where you can buy it buy the gram -you just press as much or as little as you want in a cone or cup, and you can mix flavours and have whatever you want....take it to the counter, they weigh it and you pay.
SO YUMMY
Sadly however due to high sugar levels I no longer eat ice cream, or many sweet things at all even though I am a sweet tooth - I have learnt to have a cup of coffee without that sweet food I always had with it! boring........

The classic seaside treat; especially good with a chocolate flake. I love soft set ice cream, but I have not eaten any since since I was a child.

Yes, jonaj, we are just like the Grumpy Old Men and Grumpy Old Women on that ABC TV show. . . . . and we all swore we wouldn't be. I find myself complaining about TV ads and saying that the young ones of today haven't clue etc. Arghhh!! Where have our exuberant selves gone??!! Boohoo.

It's ok. I don't really like ice cream much and I cant recall the last time I would have had it.

I haven't had soft serve ice cream for years!!! It was a childhood treat which I do remember enjoying immensely though! These days I am more into sorbet and fruity treats.

Not really. A friend used to have soft serve ice cream with french fries. I tried it too. It was quite the sweet, salty, hot cold contrast.

I prefer soft serve over any other kind as I am not big on ice cream. My fave is Hungry Jacks. When I was a kid it was Mr Whippy.

I love soft serve ice cream, trouble is I can't stop eating it, just as well I haven't got a soft serve maker!

Well.... it's a love/hate relationship. I love the creamy texture but with it comes the mad scramble to eat the icecream before it's melty goodness runs all over your fingers (and drops in your lap).
It's actually worse when soft serve is dipped in chocolate (a personal favourite of mine!)
