I do enjoy paratha bread, also naan bread, rotti's all those sorts of breads, plus a good crusty tasty vienna or cob, some breads u buy have no flavour at all, like the ones in the supermarkets!
I do make curries, but I have never bought the the Indian breads to go with them. Don't the breads need heating up in an oven before use? Perhaps I don't make enough sauce to need them. We just use papadums with my curries.
