Yes, I like bliss balls, which are a raw cookie, or biscuit type thing.
They generally do not have processed sugar in them and are made with fruits, which I know, you diabetics out there still cannot eat, but for me who is borderline, they are better than a biscuit made with processed sugar.

They can be many flavours as per the photo - i usually use dried apricots and dates or dried figs, so at least there is some semblance of fruit in them!

Ooooh, the dried apricot one would get me . . . *sob* . . .yum.

Hahahaha . . . I wouldn't be able to throw the cream out either.

but cream has sugar....
by Finy
But cream is a "good" fat . . which outweighs the sugar and you couldn't consume as much cream as you could sugar. Although . . . . I'd give it a good go!! LOL

I love them, but can't have them !!! Now that I am a borderline too, I still have NO sugar and continue to eat as a diabetic. If I become complacent, I will return to being a full blown diabetic with all its complications.
. . .high five!

I am not aware of them . . . nor of having any . . .but they sound DELISH!!! Maybe I could just sniff one :((

i just had some! apricot and almonds......i added a bit of cream as it is sitting there begging me to continually eat it till it is gone....wish i could just throw it out!

Me thinks?
These could be in line with the Raw Cake yummies?
Am I right or am I right! I have also never had them, but they have to go on the list for making, and certainly trying....They look amazzzzing :)
I love to eat bliss balls, but find them really fiddly to make. Usually they are a good source of protein and as a breastfeeding mum I find them a good way to get a bit of nutrition in while on the go.
I've never tried them, but based on your description, Finy, I reckon I would like the,.
