Do you leave reviews or feedback for items you have purchased online?

I never used to but I realised how much I rely on other people's honest feedback before purchasing items so it seemed wrong not to leave my own comments to help others! So now I try to leave a review of the item and feedback on the seller. Maybe not every time but definitely in the majority of cases! And not just bad reviews either, if something is just exactly as described or even better then I say that too.

I rarely do this.

I cannot be bothered though sometimes do it and give a good one as often people only leave bad ones!

The exception is Ebay where I do leave feedback, or rather I used to when I was doing a lot of trading on Ebay.

General items I would not leave feedback for unless specifically asked as is the case with Groupon and similar compenies where I always do leave feedback.

Oh yeah I forgot about Ebay. I always give feedback there too.

I've never left a review of any item I've purchase online. It would probably not be feasible to do this if one was to purchase several items at one go.

Very occasionally I do, if I am particularly impressed or disappointed in a product or service. Sometimes, also if I am given an incentive - like a prize draw, etc. Otherwise, no.

I have a couple of times, but usually only when leaving the feedback enters me in a competition or something.

I sometimes do. I also started leaving reviews for restaurants recently. I rely on reviews a lot and that is what made me realize that I should do my fair bit as well.

Oh yes, I'd forgotten about restaurant reviews! We use those and hotel reviews, so we should start leaving some. Good point!

I do this if and when I remember, unless I am buying from eBay or some online store like that in which case I definitely do.

Yes, always. I think it is a courtesy when you are pleased with something you have purchased. Conversely, I think it is always appropriate to let the seller know when you are unhappy with a purchase. So far, I have been pretty lucky with anything I have purchased on line.
