Melanoma cancer is the 4th most common cancer in Australia and affects men and women of all ages.
Do you have regular checks or do you think melanoma happens to other people?
I've never had any moles to get checked, and I don't go out in the sun enough for it to really be an issue. If I did get a mole then I wouldn't go straight away, but if it started getting bigger then I would.
Every twelve months' go to my Dermatologist, who checks me all over for any 'suspicious' growths'. Have been doing this for more years' than I care to remember. So I keep my yearly appointments, which are peace-of-mind..........
