I rarely have to cut them as they are paper thin and always break for some reason - I eat/drink a lot of dairy, calcium so should have hard nails!

I I ever have to cut them I do it with scissors generally -a small pair however I cannot remember when I last did this.

Yes, I have very strong nails and find I can damage them but not break them so I have to cut them. I usually use nail clippers for this and file any rough edges.
I find if my nails get too long I can't type properly as my nails hit the keys above the ones my fingertips are trying to type on.
I don't normally need to cut them, as they break of their own accord. I only ever cut them with manicure scissors to even them up if they break. Most of the time I have a manicure and she keeps my nails tidy and looking good.
I have always liked having short nails, and very clean.

For a woman, I guess not really the norm, with all the lovely products that are on the market.
Plus nail polish of every colour.

I use little tiny scissors to cut my nails down.
Then file them, and buff.

Love using a nail brush, to keep under the tiny bit of nail I do have, nice and clean.

Well it was 1959! life was very different.

Long dirty nails on any child was a sign of neglect, and I remember my mother Always cutting my nails.

My how times have changed....the other day I saw a Dad take his little girl into a 'nail-bar.

He told her to go pick out a colour.......she would have been all of say 7-8 yrs old.

He looked way out of his comfort zone, but it did give me a huge smile.

Life changes, and some times a tad for the better :)
My nails grow very rapidly and I cut them with really good quality nail scissors! I keep them short now all the time as I cannot afford to scratch myself at all!
I have to cut my nails every 10 days or so with a nail clippers. I have very strong nails

I have always cut my nails with scissors, do not use a file, my nails are strong, maybe because of all the milk and cream that I had as a child.
I have long, strong nails but never cut them. I find I need to shorten them sometimes twice a week but use a glass nail file for this which doesn't damage them.
My finger nails are strong but I like them short so I cut them.
No, I never have to cut my nails, they're ok as they are! I do cut my husbands toenails & he has to cut mine these days!
