I eat what ever I feel like on the day!! I do always include fresh fruit of some variety, and I definitely enjoy fresh-brewed Leaf Tea!! I have recently started to buy the new Breakfast Loaf which contains grains and blueberries, and also enjoy fruit loaf which contains dried apricots. I do not eat cereal very often.
I change it up or I'd get bored. Never feel like brekky so have to make it interesting. So for me it's either boiled eggs and toast, avocado on toast, vita Brits, yoghurt with muesli and fresh fruit or fruit toast. Sometimes on the weekend we have BBQ'd bacon and eggs.
Only time I ate breakfast was......when still at home, my dear Mother used to cook me a small piece of steak or pork sausage, with grilled tomato, with acold chocolate milk, on an aircraft, at a Work Course in another City, or on Holidays!
Nowadays, can't face food til about 11am! Sometimes can go all day, & then have a very enjoyable Dinner!
I mostly have 3 Wheatbix with 1dspn of rolled oats, dried fruit,1t of wheatgerm & other stuff like that, with diced pawpaw, banana, blueberries & a strawberry, homemade yogurt & fruit juice over it! On Sundays in the colder weather we have porridge & I cook small pancakes once a month with all sorts of toppings with it. We follow this later with a slice of toast & (pod) coffee. One Sunday a month, we'll have a croissant, instead of the toast! (I'm still a size 10 dress size!)
Now, as I've found out I have Asthma, I'm now GF/DF, so I now cook myself rice Flakes from Coles. (It's like porridge.) I still dice up lots of nuts, seeds & fresh fruit to have with it, every breakfast.
