I have about 4 different breakfasts that I alternate, or actually five!
I have muesli/cornflakes, semolina, porridge, eggs once a week, and smoothies.
I would prefer eggs every morning however have high cholesterol so try to limit the amount of eggs I eat.
Only time I ate breakfast was......when still at home, my dear Mother used to cook me a small piece of steak or pork sausage, with grilled tomato, with acold chocolate milk, on an aircraft, at a Work Course in another City, or on Holidays!
Nowadays, can't face food til about 11am! Sometimes can go all day, & then have a very enjoyable Dinner!
I mostly have 3 Wheatbix with 1dspn of rolled oats, dried fruit,1t of wheatgerm & other stuff like that, with diced pawpaw, banana, blueberries & a strawberry, homemade yogurt & fruit juice over it! On Sundays in the colder weather we have porridge & I cook small pancakes once a month with all sorts of toppings with it. We follow this later with a slice of toast & (pod) coffee. One Sunday a month, we'll have a croissant, instead of the toast! (I'm still a size 10 dress size!)
I forgot to add I also have bottled cherries & tin fruit on my cereal.
Now, as I've found out I have Asthma, I'm now GF/DF, so I now cook myself rice Flakes from Coles. (It's like porridge.) I still dice up lots of nuts, seeds & fresh fruit to have with it, every breakfast.
