Yes I have several!
I have way too many shoes and this year decided to stop buying them as I have been buying online and half the time they do not even fit.
However I have so many I cannot wear them all anyway.
I also have way too many tops.
Working in an op shop, it is rather difficult not to buy things as so many nice things are donated!
I definitely buy too many clothes! (tops, dresses, skirts, you name it!). Oh and shoes..... and handbags. haha I don't think there is ever only 'one' article of clothing I buy too many of........ There are numerous items of clothing!
Have many tops to go with my Bermuda Shorts, which is my choice of outfit each day in Summer.
Have a few pairs of jeans, with their tops. Enjoy wearing them at anytime, with my RM's!
In Winter, it's Slacks Suits, or slacks & tops.
Scarves aplenty; love wearing scarves!
Have good evening slacks, tops & jackets for wearing to the Theatre, at night.
Tend to wear boots, not cowboy type, when wearing slacks for my safety, & comfort. Get them rubber-soled. Have heaps of beautiful shoes from my former 'life'. Comfy work shoes I've kept. Work uniforms GONE, to Lifeline.
Handbags........hmmmm......suffice to say, too many, but I just LOVE beautiful bags!
And I'm not talking Hermes!
Oh! jonaj, what I wrote is a collection of over 40 years', not in the last month! Lol! Until recently, had NOT actually bought any clothes or shoes since 1983. Had enough for day wear, as I always wore uniforms at work for 45 years..............
There is a nice top that I have in a few different colors, I have a dress in three different colours and I bought two pairs of the same sandals. If something is comfortable, good quality, and looks nice I do sometimes buy the same style just in different colours. Changes the look completely, but still feels comfortable and looks great.
Your picture says it all for me - yep shoes! I have always loved my shoes to match my outfits and, I have a lot of clothes, which means I have a lot of shoes too. Since becoming a widow two years ago I have become a bit of a shopaholic re clothes so, of course, have to have shoes (usually ballet flats) to match. I think it is probably a compensatory thing with me!
Handbags. When I wore mostly plain coloured
cloths, i was always buying pattered handbags, mostly from op shops. Now I wear nearly only patterned dresses, I only use 1 handbag which is mostly black with a bit of white on it, as it goes with all of the dresses, but I canít make myself take all the handbags I havenít used for years & years, to the op-shop. Sorry Finy!!
Now I'm only buying patterned sleeveless cotton dresses. I choose them, then my husband pays for them for my Birthday, & Christmas presents. I can't find anymore I like the patterns of in the shops, but have found 4 on line from 1 of the designers of some of my dresses. (Not famous designers!)
