Do you have checks for white ants regularly?

Yes, I do - every year, as I have a stystem that gets check yearly, and replaced every 5 years.
It is a perimeter barrier.
I also spray for spiders at the same time as dont like spiders everywhere.

No, I've never come across a termite before, so I don't think it is really a major problem here.

They like areas that get damp and dark....may be an idea to have a pest inspection just once :)

Termites!! they do so much damage, it is hard to believe at times...Yep we do if we are buying a new home.
Will be doing it again very soon.Looks like we could be moving after 11 years here.

That's wonderful news !!

We had a termite check this year. We had pest control check our house and treat it for every kind of creepy crawly. None found. We did find two big possums though, which were caught and released nearby.

Yes, annually. One thing about white ants - don't know they are there until it's too late. If you find out they are in your house then you are too late & they may have done thousands of dollars damage ;((
