Water filters remove bacterial contaminants, chlorine - and in some cases fluoride. It is claimed, they also make water smell and taste better.
Do you have a water filter? If so, would you recommend any particular kind or brand?

No, but we are thinking about it.
No, but we are considering it as well.
We do have a water filter. There is always filtered water in our fridge. We use the 10 litre tank with carbon filters. My husband is keen on filtered water but I would be happy to drink tap water.
We have for many years had one, but it is just in the 'bench tank' kind.Water tastes far better, and it really costs very little....But....we do not change the filter as often, and it still works Very well.
It is still working but does not give the maximum purity as it should be. You should change your filter often
Yes, I sure do!
I think they are wonderful and mine was built in under my sink when I ripped out the kitchen of the house I had just bought 3 years ago.
It also only needs replacing every year, and is our of sight unlike the other "add ons"
No. Prefer drinking Sparkling Mineral Water.
No. Have use the usual jug filters with carbon but could not be bothered in the end. A talk with my dentist said it was better to use boiled water instead so no trouble adding extra water when making coffee as it cools anyway in a couple of hours to place in containers in the fridge.
No we've never had 1, & had never thought of buying 1. I've always thought our water has tasted ok. Choice magazine may have done a survey about them.
