Different coffee mugs

Do you have a set of matching mugs to drink hot beverages from? Some people like a set of matching mugs while others have a set where each mug has a different picture but on a theme such as flowers, fruit or birds. I don't have any matching mugs but have a variety of different sizes and designs. I choose one to drink my hot beverage from to suit my mood.

Several. We are mug tragics in this house. Two of us and we have three shelves of mugs. One set is plain red. One set is Mr Men. One set is Little Miss. One set is Christmas themed. Oh stop. This is embarrassing.

I have had a set of Royal Dalton for years and years, they do match even when not the same colour, not heavy to lift which is important for me....and lovely to drink from.
Yes - I have a set of white Corelle mugs. Best things ever! I also came across a lovely set of china for black coffee - but I don't really drink coffee or tea - so I didn't buy. Still want it though!

I'm exactly the same! Another thing.....I drink out of a different mug each day - I have my mugs and my husband has his. It's good fun!
IF I use tea-bags', I'll use one of the many mugs I have!

If having a pot of Tea, one of my tea cups is used.

I mix & match between the two methods' of tea making, purely dependent upon my mood, at the time!
P.S. Have matching 'spotted' cups, saucers', each 'set' a different colour eg lime green, mauve, orange, & they're very nice to drink from!

No. I used to but share house living is tough on crockery. Now I have a few different mugs.
I have three different kinds of mugs - one set of Portmeirion Botanic garden that are a set but each one has a different flower on it, one set of Heron's Cross mugs that have different designs but in a similar style and the third lot are random mugs that I have been given, don't use myself but keep to make drinks in for workmen as I don't care if they get broken!
I also have a very precious full tea service from the 1920s which was a wedding present to my grandparents. Everything matches there, cups, saucers, pot, sugar bowl, milk jug, cake plates....
I have two sets of 6 and some single style mugs as well. The singles are mostly keep sakes from our trips to various Canadian national parks. The goal is to eventually have a cup for all 48 parks, we have 8 so far.
Yes I am a bit anal about this sort of thing -they need to match!
Although I have several lots of two coffee mugs, all glass for my coffee machine, but would rather have a set of 10 of the same.

I work in an op0 shop and keep buying more as I like them.

I have two sets of matching coffee mugs. I set of 4 bought from the Guide dogs and a pottery set of 6 with our names stamped onto them received as a wedding gift in 1985.

I have two sets of two mugs a set. If two mugs can be called a set! Plus a couple of individuals.
I have a few odd mugs and a variety of red and white spots and stripes mugs which match my bunting curtains.
Yes, my wife loves to have sets of matching mugs.
I don't argue against that after all they are lovely (the ones that she chooses).
I have a set of Old Country Roses mugs and a Maxwell & Williams set of white with gold trim but also have heaps of individual ones given by friends and family
Yes I do have a st of matching mugs although I never use them, because I'm a tea cup person and always have been.
No, I only have a (now) set of 3 smallish white coffee mugs. (1 broke a while ago.) We drink coffee & tea from our un matching mugs. I had wanted to start a collection of black/white patterned mugs, from op-shops years ago, but the odd mugs I used now got in the way! Now I have 2 mugs with flamingos on them, but I only use the 1 with the soft lime green background. My husband uses a large white mug covered in little boats that I gave him for our wedding anniversary
some time back. I bought a lovely 1 for myself, at the same time, covered in tulips. If 1 really needs new mugs, I love buying them from Victoria Basement. They have what seems like hundreds of designs to choose from. The shop is in the QVB, Sydney NSW, but they may have other shops elsewhere.
