No I don't have anyone like that - well my dogs DO start looking at me at 7 pm when they know perfectly well that they do not get fed till 7.15 pm!

I have a friend and her husband asks early in the morning, and it drives her crazy.

Every day, apparently, he asks her during the day!

I would go berserk, but perhaps that is why I live alone.

No. Not really. We plan our menu a week in advance usually, so they can go and read the menu if they are unsure. Sometimes if we eat out during the day we don't feel like a big meal at dinner, so the menu may change slightly and we just have something light.

My 25 yr old son lives with me.

He knows better than to ask that question... ?*#!?
I don't but when we were young we wouldn't dare ask. It would be knives at ten paces and . . ."YOU'LL GET WHAT YOU'RE GIVEN!"

Yep. I usually just ignore them or I would go quite insane!
I am in the fortunate postion to not have to feed anyone but myself now. Yes those were the early married days and it was difficult cooking for a husband that wasn't really interested in food! Second time around thankfully that man did lots of the cooking. These days, "those" people should know better or cook and contribute.
I live with just my dogs now, so I never have this issue ! Even when my son was still here, as he adored cooking enough to become a chef, he would often ask me what I would like to have , and then HE would cook!! I must say I felt rather spoilt by such kindness!!
No. But I could do with a chef as I can never think of what to make for dinner! I would definitely get a chef if I won the lotto!

Oh, big fat high five on that one!! I tell everybody that I would have a chef if I won Lotto.

AJ, Look up recipes online with the ingredients you have in your fridge & pantry. I do this EVERY day, so I don't make the same (dinner) recipe more than once a year. I have a list in my 'Draft' folder on my laptop of the recipes I've made since some day in 2015. Before than, I used recipes books, & dated every recipe I made in pencil, so I wouldn't make the same 1 more than once a year. The only time I don't look up a dinner recipe is when we come home late from somewhere, (hardly ever) & we'll have tinned baked beans on toast with an egg, bacon & maple syrup on top, (The real 1 of cause.) I also look up recipes on, 'RecipeYum' Good luck.
