I'm a 'soupaholic'....there, I've said it!
My fave would have to be Beef Consommé.
I prefer 'thin' rather than 'thick', viscosity soup.
I make my various soups either using a Pressure Cooker, or Crock-Pot.
There's only ONE tinned soup I buy, & that's Heinz Tomato Soup. I then use the can as mz for milk, not water, added.
I'm over Pumpkin Soup, if dining-out. If I can get a Minestrone, I'll enjoy that.
Soup has always been a good nutritious meal.
Give an unwell person Chicken Soup to speed-up recovery, is an old saying.
