Love Rice Bubbles with warm milk, & banana for Summer, but NOT daily!
When staying at an Hotel for work interstate, ALWAYS had this for Brekky, with freshly squeezed OJ, Toast, a Hot Breakfast & Hot Chocolate, made on MILK!
Nothing beats 'Uncle Toby's Traditional Oats' for Winter, with Brown Sugar OR Maple Syrup, with a dollop of Thickened Cream!
Deliciously decadent!
Since the 'invention' of the 'Crock-Pot', I've an original 'Mini' one, into which I put two heaped large spoonsful, then FRESH Full Cream Milk to about an inch from bowl lip, stir very well & switch on! It only has 'Low' as its' setting, so it cooks overnight!
Next morning, it's ready to enjoy, piping hot, with a 'cuppa'!
Weather's getting cooler, so Porridge it is for me from now on, for a few months'!
