I don't have a routine as such no. Most Wednesday's I go swimming - 40 laps. On some Friday's I do a Body Attack and Balance class on the trot, and on Saturday's I do my walking tours three hours at a time. Otherwise exercise is go with the flow.
Not a regimen exactly but I try to incorporate it as much as possible. Walking, swimming and yoga is what I do.
I do a lot of heavy work around the home, and so that's my workout.Mowing, gardening washing, cleaning not too shabby for a grandmother lol.
Not unless walking to my car is considered exercise. :)
I exercise my brain every day, but that's about it. I wish I was disciplined enough to exercise my body as well.
I jump on the exercise bike at least five out of every seven days. I notice the difference in my mood when I don't do it, and that provides enough motivation to keep me going.
