I get heaps of ME time -I get as much as I want as live alone with my dogs so therefore have only ME to please.

I still love ME time, or perhaps I am sometimes anti-social.

I'm a parent of young kids, so no. But I can live with that for now.
NO.
I love that time alone, but sadly it has been hard to get.
Next year I am hoping my son will be working, and finished his part time studies.
Then I will be alone a little more.
In my case I want to be alone, but I have never ever had it in all my 60 years one this planet.!!!
Someone has been with me all my life, and it is driving me crazy.....lol.

I hear you, I hear you. *sigh* Nearly sixty years on the planet and somebody always stepping on my shadow.

Yep! exactly.

Not really. I always have something going on. Even if it's ME time, I am running errands most of the time. But I don't mind. I do get to watch movies, read books even if the kids are around.
That when away when our first son was born but I'm ok with that

Yes!! I was raised by parents who insisted on every one of us getting at least one hour of 'me' time every single day!!! This started as far back as I can remember as a small child. Lucky me!!! This has remained with me all of my life and I now get much more each day,in fact as much as I wish,as I am now living with just my dogs who are very undemanding. As a collector of antique books I always have a delightful way to spend my 'Me' time
at whatever time of day suits me! I have advised many friends that they too need an hour a day in which they do what THEY wish to,and have been told this has been a sanity saver for them! I bless this legacy which my parents have given me every day of the year!!!
I think I do. I have needed that much ME time. As I don't like I am lacking that time , I must be getting enough of it

Sometimes a bit too much. I don't mind it. Sometimes I prefer to be alone.

I do but I think that I am not spending it as well as I could. I am consciously trying to find a way to spend this time more productively. Finding something which nurtures, stimulates and takes me out of my comfort zone.
Yes I do as live alone with my cat....do have some regular activities, ie very p/t job, half day of vol work, granddaughter one avo, regularThurs meetup with a group of girlfriends and then catch ups intermittently with various other friends..My 'me' time is important for my psyche, walking, piano, painting, giving Champers attention, and...just contemplating and reflecting...........more as I get older....

I get a minimum of 8 hours all to myself 5 days a week.... so no... I could use a little more, but hey.... it's a start :)
No. definitely not. It has been for some time all about everyone else with me being the fixer, the coordinator and the general rock. But its starting to change and that's good. No resentment, it needed the investment I have given it and now its time to carve out some time for myself and that includes more time for general fitness and thinking. A great family that has needed the support and will now allow this to happen. All good.
I get heaps of ME time as the other half works a lot of hours. I like being alone with my animals. I find ME time is very addictive.

(I'm going to qualify this statement with . . . . my ME time gets interrupted. A lot!)
by Rice
I certainly do, at home for hours a day, even though my husband is in the house! I'm doing my ME time, on my laptop in bed, while he's doing his, lying on the lounge, in front of the telly! (I can't hear the tv in my bedroom.)
