Yes I do.
When I first stopped eating sweets/sugar/cake, people still tried to get me to eat a "small piece" or "just one biscuit", so I guess people do try this.

I think I have been guilty of this also, saying just a "sliver"...i guess it is also all relative - who says what is the "correct" eating habit so we all make our own up!

No! I do it all by myself.
I don't believe I have any "correct eating habits"...I eat what I like.

Yes. I don't think people purposefully try to tempt me. I am very good at saying no to anything that is offered. People may offer things to be polite, especially at Easter, so that I don't feel left out. However, it is entirely up to ME to say YES or NO. There are many temptations in this big world of ours, so it is your choice to say yes or no to those temptations. Albeit, it is very hard. I am allowed to eat desserts on special occasions, but I rarely do. I like to prove to myself that I am strong. My dietitian says he has never seen anyone with my willpower before. If I have sweets, I will probably get the taste for sugar again and want it even more. That's what I am afraid of. It really is like an addiction.
yes, i agree - sugar is like an addiction - i cook with natural sugars like dates nowadays and while this is still sugar, it is nowhere near as sweet and not processed.
Are you diabetic?

No. I have an iron will when it comes to matters like this!
Bravo!!!! :-)

Yes!! Even my own brother tried to get me to have lemon meringue pie the other night at dinner!! I was soooooo strong and refused three times before he believed me. *feeling virtuous*

No, not really, but if I was offered a milk chocolate item, then I can easily say, "No thank you"!

Definitely

No. The only restrictions I have is that I don't eat meat or dairy, and that's something I don't even want to do so I can't really be tempted into it. I'm happy to eat dessert whenever I can as long as it's dairy free.
