Yes I often do.
It got down to .08 one morning at at around 6 am is usually the worst.
Sometimes I turn on my electric blanket but then I end up waking as I am too hot!
Yes, I DO wake up feeling cold during the night, but I also wake up feeling hot at times!
Yes during the winter I do wake up sometimes feeling cold in the middle of the night
Yes, especially now that I changed the bed covers. I didn't realise that the quilt we have is a queen (we have a double bed), so I bought double sheets. Now the queen quilt is trapped in the double sheets, and my husband and I are having a hard time negotiating quilt coverage!
No.
I sleep with my electric blanket on low....as I have a serious injury of long ago, so I have to keep warm.
I have to admit that the other night(or should I say the small hours of morning!)it dropped to 6 which for the tropics is extremely brrrrrisk!!! I woke about half an hour earlier than I normally get up, and this was because I TRULY FELT VERY COLD! Even the beloved dogs were snuggled close to each other and that is a real indication of how cold they also felt! Last night I put bed socks on before snuggling down for the night, and it was much more pleasant! The cold weather and I are not good friends at all, which is exactly why I no longer live in a cold climate.
This happens to me whenever I have a nightmare. Usually doesn't take long for the shivering to stop, but for a few minutes I'm very, very cold.
yes, just get up and place a blanket on top of the bed problem solved. I often wonder if I should ditch the doona and go back to wool blankets.
Oh! flaga, IMO, although warm, woollen blankets are just SO heavy compared to a doona.
I place blankets under bed-linen, so warmth on my back. Cheers!
I'm a 'tosser & turner' sleeper, so sometimes my covers end up on the floor!
Doesn't take long before I awake, cold. So just haul them back & hibernate. Along with my 'fur coat'.......cat!
This winter in Queensland has been pretty cold so yes, I have woken up during the night occasionally but, like Finy, just switch on the electric blanket.
i don’t wake up cold too often, but when I do I just get up & refill my hot water bottle! We gave up the electric blanket, like years & years ago!
as an CHINESE STUDENT ,getting up early and finishing assignment are normol !
Yes. Often in winter. Often seems to get coldest around dawn and that is when I need my doona, if I have kicked it off overnight. I can get cold in bed in summer too if thereas been a cool change and the temperature drops up to 20 degrees.
