I don't like the flavour of honey as a sweetener because it alters the flavour of the food. I use xylitol instead of sugar.

I use sugar as a sweetener. I don't mind honey but it is not one of my favourites. I rarely eat it on bread or toast but do love it on toasted crumpets.

I don't have honey a lot. I like it in hot lemon and ginger drinks or in my raspberry leaf tea but that's about it. I used to love it on crumpets before I developed coeliac disease.

Yes I use honey however I now also use natural products such as coconut sugar, which is not actually a sugar, as well as coconut syrup and agave and I am now tending towards these rather than honey.
