No, I don't skip brekky, not often running late now as not going into an office....I believe it is very important and I thoroughly enjoy my muesli or weetbix and piece of toast with vegemite or a microwave egg or jam and cheese!
I do not skip breakfast,but I do tend to have a cup of tea when I wake at 6 and then have something to eat at around 8 to 8.30.I find that this works well for me.Fruit is ALWAYS included in my first meal of the day!
NO, I have NEVER skipped breakfast. I have my Wheatbix, with diced nuts & dried fruits, that I soak over night in a bit of fruit juice, home made yogurt, & diced banana & strawberries on top, with a sprinkle of chia seeds, followed by toast with Vegemite, & a ‘pod’ coffee.
Of late I have been skipping, as I feel a tad sick on getting up.
Running late is something I normally do...Just can
not seem to move fast enough, but that is fine because I don't really have to answer too much to anyone.
