Yes, I do this often.
I think it is partly boredom sitting home alone at night and watching boring television.
However, I regularly start eating sweets, and then go on to corn chips or some such and then ice cream -quite disgusting.
I am always quite happy when my once a week "diet" day comes around and I do not eat much.
Yes I do and ashamed about it, simply don't buy chocolate or if I do just a small bar now and then....today a friend and her kids came over and I had bought some M&M's which I forgot to bring out so...they won't last the evening....also I am terrible with potatoe crisps, can eat a whole packet until my mouth is sore!!!!
I regularly eat after dinner. I think a large part of it is that we have dinner very early with the kids - so by 8 - 9pm I'm hungry again. I generally go for cheese and crackers and try to add some fruit and nuts so I can say it's healthy!
No! I am more than happy to just enjoy a small taste of anything I may have at hand. My neighbour will eat whatever is in the cupbpard, while I can easily 'just stop at one' of any treat !!!!
Use too....eat after dinner maybe 2 hours later.
Not any more, I have the summer to look forward too, new clothes, new me.
I hate being unhealthy.
I don't pig out no, I rarely eat after dinner. I have a hot drink but that's about it.
Sometimes at the weekend but never during the week - don't have time!
No. In my house, we have a movie night on Fridays, and this is when I eat all the stuff that I avoid the rest of the week. It's nice to eat chocolate and popcorn.
Sometimes a bowl of good quality ice cream is my evening treat. Yum.
Oh yes, sometimes Ill pig out on fruit. I try not to keep junk food at home to lessen the temptation.
No need to if you plan your meals right. We normally have a dessert, e.g fruit, low fat ice cream or yoghurt, so we don't feel like it. If I am tempted to buy junk food, I only have to have a look around the mall to remind myself that I would rather be healthy.
No, but MAY have a lovely hot cuppa & biscuit.
At that time of night choice would be: Arrowroot, Nice, Scotch Finger, Ginger Nut.
If felt 'daring', Chocolate Monte or Mint Slice!
We've only ever had biscuits for afternoon tea, which would only be 1 biscuit each. Other times it will be raisin bread or a crumpet.
No. I am satisfied so no need.
If I had a very late night, I may get something else to eat, but that has happened only a couple of times in my life.
I do but is worth the uncomfortable feeling of to full. When strested is worse to fill in the time , l I keep a class of water at hand have a few sips Pumpkin seed but it's awful if something yummy is in the cupboard
I wouldn't say pig out, I may have an ice cream.
Not often. Sometimes if I've had salad with my meal I feel a little empty so have coffee with home made cakes or banana bread. If its plain biscuits, I dunk them.
No, not pigging out, but we will have a few nuts & 1/2 a piece of chocolate each, or a small piece of rich chocolate truffle. I bought 3 boxes of them from Aldi's, months & months ago, & we've just started the 1st box. To limit our ice-cream intake, I only serve it as a dessert, for someone's birthday. (No, not for someone who is visiting, as I don't like having visitors, because they make me very nervous!)
