Yes I sure do!
I make a plum cake as per the picture and it is delicious with cream on top -the slightly sour plums and the base and cream make a delightful combination.

I have just made a peach/butterscotch c=upside down cake -i will publish it on Kid Recipes -it is also lovely with gooey caramel sauce!
Love'summer for cakes -my European mother taught me most of mine.

I have been known to bake a pretty spectacular Black Forest Cake with huge fresh black cherries.I did it for my dad when I visited one year! It was to die for, according to all reports! And my mum taught me how to make Upside down cakes of many varieties depending on the fruit in season. French Style Fruit tarts and flans have also been made by my own hands when I was not so crippled with arthritis, and these are delicious hot or cold.I don't believe you can go too far wrong using fresh fruit when baking cakes.
No I don't, don't cook much...eat out for treats like coffee and cake

I don't do it very regularly but I have baked some of the desserts using apple, kiwi and mango in past. I really need to cut down on sugar and lose some kilos now :(

No I don't, because I never make cake.... that's what my husband and son are for! They are Master Bakers and happily roll their sleeves up and spend the day creating wonderful confections. Sometimes they include fruit but not often as then my son won't eat them :(
Delicious I'm sure but I doubt I could do a good job of it.
I rarely ever bake - I'm not much of a baker!

You can stop at just asking if I ever bake? No, I am not a baker at all. The kitchen is not quite familiar territory.
No I never have, even when our oven did work! I'm thinking it would be a good idea if the fruit 1 bought turned our to be rather tasteless, but if it was juicy, I'd rather eat it fresh not cooked.
