I regularly call my isp as I have no one else to help if I have a problem.
I have strange problems connected to Internet and Voip/land line and I do not often have a problem they are familiar with for some reason.
They are also great at helping if I have a software problem and never complain that this is not what they are supposed to do as Telstra did when I was with them.
They also have a service whereby if you have to wait more than a few minutes, you leave your number and they call you back, and you dont lose your place in the line....a really good system.
However, I also have a Computer firm that have called out a few times, and also now remote access my computer to fix small problems which occur from time to time.
