Swimming is a good exercise and also a fun sport. Do you encourage your kids to swim? Do you love to play water games?

Yes that is one of my favourite things to do in summer. Happy to swim on the beach or in our backyard.
Swmming is my favourite pass time.I am not an expert swimmer, however I love to be in water and relax. My son loves to be in the kiddie pool.
I like swimming. Unfortunately, I didn't get a chance to pursue it since over 20 years. Recently I went to a pool and i was surprised I could swim well as if I learnt it just yesterday.
Its a great routine to have in everybody's life. We need to balance our work life with fun. Swimming is the best option which comes to my mind when I think of a joyfully keep myself fit.
Great question. Actually I don't. The public pools are filled with loads of horrible stuff which I won't go into. And the ocean has a few predators which I prefer not to bump into.
Yes. It's a lot of fun and I've had my kids in lessons for a while now.

I love to swim but only outside on a hot and sunny day. Unfortunately, living in England this means I have to wait until I'm on holiday somewhere more exotic. I really don't like swimming indoors (perhaps with the exception of a luxury heated pool at a spa). However, I think it's really important especially for kids so I encourage my husband to take my toddler on a regular basis and I stay home and relax!
I used to do laps, but it was a bit of a chore - I do like hanging at the pool or beach tho...
I love it. When I can I swim 40 laps of any style at a time.
I love swimming
I love swimming.I think it is really relaxing and a fantastic workout after a busy day
I enjoy swimming and hanging out in and near water. I encourage my children to swim and they love being in the water too.
Just L O V E it!
Have done so all my life!

Especially being 'dumped' in the surf as a kid! I would stand up, laugh my head off, & go in for more, according to family!

Have never had a fear of the water, which I think would be terrible.

Was School, & Open Champion, two years, in a row, for the four strokes!
Was House, & Interschool Swimming Captain.
Set a record for 50m Breastroke at 14, & it took 18 years' to be broken, & only then by 1/10th of a second!

My children were taught to swim as early as possible.

My cousin was a champion Water Polo player.

Just swim for exercise now, but should look at applying for Masters swimming. It's never too late!

I can't swin but I would love to learn.
