Do you eat sweet potato or ordinary potato more often?

I eat far, far more potatoes than sweet potatoes.
I love potato but dont love sweet potato as much and only eat it sometimes because it is better for me than potatoes!

I make many dishes using potatoes and it is probably the vegetable I eat the most as dont seem to make peas or beans or the like often.
YEA for potatoes!

I don't buy potatoes anymore and I was eating sweet potatoes instead . . . and you guessed it . . . underground veges are not good for diabetic blood sugar levels. :((((((

I absolutely love potatoes more than sweet potatoes. I rarely eat potatoes these days, as I cut down my carbs drastically. Carbs are not your friend if you are diabetic, or trying to lose weight.

I was at lunch with my daughter today and i stole a tiny wee chip from her plate . . . oh, it was divine . . . and gone too soon :(

I love sweet potatoes more than ordinary potatoes.
We'd have ordinary potatoes about twice a week, & sweet potatoes once a week. Sometimes I mash them both together, instead of having carrots, pumpkin, sweetcorn or tomatoes, as the orange/red veggie for dinner.

I never eag sweet potato. Too sweet for me. Give me a crisp roast potato (of 4 or so) any day and creamy, fluffy mashed potato during the week with the occasional boiled jacket potato with sour cream and chives.

I do like both, and think both have their own health benefits. Generally whether we're eating potato or sweet potato depends on whether I've been getting my fruit and veg through a delivery with a pre-set box. If the box has lots of potatoes (they usually do) then that's what we eat for awhile!

Both!! It depends on what I'm making.
I'd take potato mash over sweet potato mash any day. But if you're roasting then I'd rather sweet potato
