do you eat airline food while travelling
Breakfast served to an economy class passenger on a Qantas domestic flight from Sydney to Melbourne recently

Qantas is the only domestic airline in Australia that feeds all its passengers, regardless of the travel class flown. Some people eat the food given to them on the plane, while others don't. Do you eat airline food while flying?

Yes, if I'm hungry I'll eat it. Most of it is pretty good, and I just love opening all the little packages .. it's more the experience than anything. Of course, sometimes there is a questionable meal placed on the tray, and if it doesn't look too great, I won't eat it, but I have found this to be the exception.
Love the food in business class which I mostly fly. It is fresh and not packaged. However, when you're hungry (instead of bored - I'll find something else to do in that case) you eat regardless. Packaged apples and yoghurt is breakfast is still ok, with a bottle of water. No tea or coffee on the plane.
Yes - sometimes. Depends if I am hungry. But I have also learnt to stay away from chicken...yeah - not always the freshest of options to choose from. Generally will gravitate towards vegetarian if I can!
Usually I don't prefer airline food. But if the food provided is of my choice, then I eat the food.
Flying to North America from Australia means getting on a 16 hour flight. We wouldn't have any choice but to eat the airline food.
Yes ... I love the fact that someone has done the cooking for me.
Certainly, its part of the traveling experience whether the food is going to be good or bad.
Yes, always. if I don't have time to eat it all, I take it home in a small plastic container that I have in my handbag!
