Yes. I've been getting into kale smoothies lately. Kale and a whole combination of different fruits. They're great for the kids at breakfast time if we're in a rush and how else would I get kids to eat kale!
They are a weakness of mine!
I have to be careful not to over do it.
For young children, they can be a must...and for those who are elderly, a nice treat. For all the folk in between...I say indulge, what's not to like.
Most definitely. Many smoothies (especially detox ones) are nutritious.
I drink them occasionally, but more for the taste rather than nutritional value.
No, I have a smoothie in the morning for breakfast. I don't handle cereal very well, so this is the next best thing! ;)
For me, its just a drink I enjoy. Occasionally its also my breakfast if I'm rushing, so then it is also my nutrition. They're a yummy treat for me in the main.
Yes, I do! I make fruit smoothies all the time and experiment with different combinations - not only delicious but healthy and you get to have multiple fruits at once! :)
Yes I just love smoothies
I have a smoothie just about every morning. I feel that it is making me healthier.
I drink smoothies because I like the taste. My daughter makes delicious smoothies, so sometimes she will make some.
I think with some of them you put on weight because of the added ingredients.
I do sometimes have smoothies but with little milk in it -only berries and fruit and not to supplement my diet....but for breakfast.
