Yes. I've been getting into kale smoothies lately. Kale and a whole combination of different fruits. They're great for the kids at breakfast time if we're in a rush and how else would I get kids to eat kale!
They are a weakness of mine!

For young children, they can be a must...and for those who are elderly, a nice treat.For all the folk in between...I say indulge,what's not to like.
For me, its just a drink I enjoy. Occasionally its also my breakfast if I'm rushing, so then it is also my nutrition. They're a yummy treat for me in the main.
Yes, I do! I make fruit smoothies all the time and experiment with different combinations - not only delicious but healthy and you get to have multiple fruits at once! :)
