Do you cut your kid's hair?

My youngest son is not quite two and definitely wouldn't sit still for a hairdresser or barber to cut his hair. His hair was starting to get too long so I decided to have a go myself. The results on a wriggly child were definitely not good and please don't ask me to share a photo.

No, I wouldn't be game. Fortunately my eldest quite likes having her haircut and has sat happily still for the hairdreser since she was about two. She did try to cut her own hair once. It took quite a while before I could put it in a ponytail again because there was a short bit that wouldn't reach.
My children are now grown up, and I only did cut one child's hair once!
And he never let me forget it.

I am not a hairdresser, so I would not do this again to a child as I think it is unfair if you do not have a special aptitude for cutting hair, it can end up looking awful.

I cut both my two daughters' hair. But....it's down to their waists, all one length. So, it's very easy to just trim a little bit off the bottom to keep it neat and tidy. I wouldn't trust myself enough to do it if it were shorter.
No. I tried to cut my daughter's fringe once and had to take her to the hairdresser to fix it up, so it's much easier to get a professional to do it.
I always did.
And my 21 year old only lets me do his hair.
My parents used to cut mine. No, take them to the hairdressers.
No but I cut my own when I'm too lazy to go to the hairdresser - just to give me a few more weeks before I really have to...
