Do you buy tissues that are "enhanced" with eucalyptus and aloe vera and such? Or do you just buy the regular ones?

No, we use handkerchiefs normally. Better for the planet and softer on the nose.
Yeah, but how much washing powder, water, electricity, dryer time & your effort gets used to clean THEM?
So much for 'environmentally friendly'!

I buy the $1 boxes from the Supermarket.
They are very good.

I have tried 'enhanced', and they were wonderful, and super soft....but I don't want them for everyday use.
Just the regular ones. I really wish there were recycled tissues available though.
If everyone in the house is sick I'll buy some "enhanced" tissues or at least the more expensive, nice soft ones. Otherwise I just buy the $1 boxes from woollies. They serve their purpose. I would use hankies except that everyone in our house seems to be really snotty...and the idea of everyone walking around with snotty hankies grosses me out.
No I dont. I buy the regular bargain brand. The more expensive ones are nice, will splurge if guests are coming over.

If I've got a really blocked nose, I buy eucalyptus tissues. Otherwise, ordinary ones will do.
The ones on sale are the ones I buy. Toilet paper? That's another story.

Yo! Vee, you gave me a laugh re: loo paper! I go to 'The Reject Shop' with large 'Woolies' trolley, & buy 4 x 32 pack, at $8 a pack!
That many keeps me going for a few months!

What's the quality like, donjo? My mum buys toilet paper in bulk, and I avoid going to the toilet at her house like the plague because the paper rips easily and, well, I don't have to spell out the rest. Sorry about the mental images. :P Vee.

Just the regular ones - whatever is on special, which is often the pack of 3 boxes. I tried the $1 ones, but didn't like them very much.
Have been buying 'Symphony' Tri-pack at Woolies' for years, & find them excellent, & soft for everyday use.

If had 'runny' nose, would possibly invest in Aloe Vera or Eucalyptus ones.
Yes, I always buy the same kind as I find them the softest.
