Yes, without fail. In fact brushing at night is more important than any other time of the day as germs in the mouth are at the peak when we sleep. Brushing at night helps keep those tooth and gum problems at bay.
Absolutely. I wouldn't be able to sleep if I'd not brushed my teeth before heading to bed. First thing in the morning too, and then after I have eaten my breakfast. I likely brush too much, but better that than too little.
Don't worry, I'm not a manic over brusher - I just have to do a quick and gentle brush when I get up in the morning, and then again after breakfast. Sometimes, the gap between getting up with my baby and having breakfast can be quite substantial, so I wouldn't want to wait a whole morning before brushing my teeth.
Well if you don't brush them at night all that food builds up.
Later, many trips to the dentist, plus it can make your breath absolutely stink.
Anyone who leaves their teeth at night, has very poor hygiene.
