Do you believe you were put on this earth to serve a purpose? I am very interested in your comments and why? I definitely do, mine is to teach children about kindness to animals while helping as many humans find their way along a path of happiness, the best I can.
Yes I do.
If we think we are here just to have a life, and not in any way give back...to others.......Then that is a wasted life.
Sadly, a great deal of people think it is all about them, and their own happiness.
That is tunnel vision, and it comes when people see what they want, and go after it.
We can do better than that, and give.
Each person is given some talent, it could be very small....and still have a impact, it's all to do with the condition, of the heart.
Some people find it, some ignore it....it's that simple. One can decide to make a difference, or just have their own life...and keep their talent hidden.Talent meaning 'what they can do, to make it a nicer place' to live.
Each person, has something to contribute, and not just take.
It's not easy to 'step outside of a comfort zone'.
Nope. I don't believe I was 'put on the earth' so I can't really believe I was put here for a reason. I do think that people have certain paths, but I think that they're of our own making. I don't think there's any fate involved in it, but it's great when you find something you're really good at and something that you really enjoy.
I don't think we were put on earth for any purpose, but I don't think that nullifies the ability to find a greater meaning in life. In fact, to me, the fact that we arrived here by accidents of evolution makes it even more amazing that we have risen above this and can commit acts of kindness, love, and generosity. Our happenstance nature amplifies the amazing fact of human consciousness, rather than diminishing it.
No, I don't. I think we just ended up here and have to make the best of it. Teaching your children kindness to animals and trying to help other people to be happy sounds like an excellent use of your time on earth.
