I generally always do apart from one day per week when I am on a restricted calorie diet and on that day, I have only coffee, and am thankful for the coffee as am starving by 2 pm!
All other days if I am home, I will have home made cake, biscuits or if no home made, will resort to shop bought biscuits.
It is a habit which I once broke but then decided, why should I - I love something sweet with my flat white coffee every day!
