A bigger part of my eating is now healthy.
I have not touched chocolate in nearly 2 months!
Now I look at it and think 'why'.
Why did I turn to that quick fix!....well truth be told, we just do.
I love eating good food now, meaning putting a lot of effort into taste.
The weight is coming off, but slowly...and I feel very pleased not to need to go back to the sweet's.
I do have the odd hot chocolate drink 49 cals, and 1-2 biscuits....But that is so my mind will not go crazy, as all treats are gone.
It really comes down to 'when' has one had enough of the bad stuff, and is willing to now go the other way.
For me it has come quite late in life....but! it came, so I make the best of it now.
My pic is what I am eating now...more mediterranean food....The keep is to also use a very very good oil and plenty of herbs. :)
