Sleeping on the floor

The normal place where most of us would sleep would be in a bed.

If you got so tired and there was nowhere to sleep would you be able to sleep on the floor?

I can sleep on any floor. I'm happy with hard surfaces and have no trouble at all with floors. So if there is a big family get together and not enough beds just hand me a doona and a pillow and I'll be right.
I can't sleep on the floor. I find it almost impossible to fall asleep anywhere other than a bed! I fell asleep on a train once, after a weekend away when I had got no sleep at all... luckily the train terminated at my stop, so I still managed to get home! Otherwise, even lying on a settee I might be able to doze lightly but not sleep properly.
I suppose if I was exhausted enough I could, but not normally, no. My toddler falls asleep on the floor sometimes. He can sleep pretty much anywhere.
Depends on if the floor was made of wood or carpet. The latter yes, the former, no.
I could do it if I had nowhere else to sleep, yes.
I have and it becomes uncomfortable very quickly

I definitely can sleep on the floor. I do it once in a while anyways because it helps with my back issues . I know it might not work with everyone, but it helps me.

I have fallen asleep on the floor and I am confident that I could do it again if there was a need for it.

Would have to put down thick covering firstly, as there's something in/under/on carpet that gives me an instant, throbbing headache. It's a smell.
Have had this problem since a kid, & could never play on carpet!
I've had to sleep downstairs on the floor (but with sleeping bag padding) on hot nights. Though I find it gets like the princess and pea situation, where I can feel the floorboards (only thin carpet) on my spine and wake up every couple of hours.
no trouble at all if tired enough a person can sleep anywhere
Yes, even on the side of an icy, cold mountain!

I can sleep anywhere when I am tired, floor, bathtub, chair, sitting on a sofa, propped in a corner, you name it.I don't need a bed to sleep.
