Can you resist the temptation at your local patisserie?

A new patisserie has opened in our local shopping area and they are turning out some truly delicious looking treats!

As I'm trying to shed a substantial number of kilos I have had to order just a tea or coffee and it kills me!

Can you be strong and resist this sort of temptation?

I can resist food in shops and cafes, but not when it is at home.

Before I developed coeliac disease I had a LOT of trouble resisting delish goodies at the bakery. The bakery was my favourite shop!! Now that I can't indulge anymore I just don't go into the local bakeries. :-(

When one says the word 'Patisserie'' it means a really darn good 'cake shop'.
NO! I can't resist.
$6.50 is a bit steep for a Citrus Bar?
But if the cakes are made well, it is heaven on Earth.

Only of late I have taken to not eating them, and of course that has to stay like that.....I want to get thinner this summer.

One now and then is o.k....but I drop a whole meal if I do eat cake.

I'ts nice to have a bakery with yummy delights in it, but I don't have one in my area. Just like I don't have a bakery that makes different sorts of breads, I miss this.
