There has to be some magic way to reverse the effects of ageing...either due to those fine lines on the forehead, as well as those wrinkles underneath the eyes, and crows feet between the eyes on each side. Poor diet, stress, and a lack of sleep speed up the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles, yet what is the most effective way to remove them? Does Botox work? Creams/lotions? Formulas? Change of lifestyle? Facials? Maybe even as far as going under the surgeons knife to wind back the clock?

Please share what has worked for you, so we all can benefit.

Actually, Rachel, smiling more will increase the number of wrinkles you get. But you're right, stressing less will reduce them. Eating lots of sugar dehydrates your skin and causes you to get more wrinkles too, so that's another reason to keep off the sugary food. Moisturising every day is the best way to keep wrinkles at bay. Hydration is key.
A healthy diet and lifestyle is a great start. Keeping a fresh youthful appearance begins inside with our attitudes and personal habits. As Jonaj mentioned, steer away from the caffeine, give up smoking and minimise sun exposure. Avoiding alcohol is also important and drinking plenty of purified water to keep your body hydrated is strongly recommended. Many people swear that following a vegetarian or vegan diet works wonders, and sticking to organic foods, if it's possible. I also take a teaspoon of a German silicon supplement called Silicea which supposedly minimises the appearance of fine lines, and is beneficial for nails, teeth and hair.

Externally, I'll only use organic skin care products and especially like using pure oils such as rose hip, jojoba or avocado oils. They're quite affordable and a small bottle lasts me for ages. In hot climates, always wear a hat and a good quality organic sunscreen.

Keeping fit (but not overdoing it) is also important as it keeps you healthy and positive. Yoga is especially good, and many people I know who do it regularly look years younger than their chronological age.

Finally, real beauty is not about how many or few lines and wrinkles we have. It goes beyond the body. Some of the most beautiful, inspiring people I know are the most wrinkly!
Iv'e noticed that. Constant smiling makes the wrinkles more pronounced/obvious.
The Skin Doctors Air Brush has worked a treat so far, and it's available at Priceline. Looking into Botox.
Stress less and smile more!
I stopped drinking ANY Caffeine when I was 15.Just never ever touch it.
I always use a nice face cream.
Never smoked.
Never Sun Bake.
I will be 60 next yr and people say I look 15 yrs younger.
Start today! and remember you CAN DO IT...even now...it all makes a huge difference.....also drink water if you can.
Wear sunscreen. There are loads of people ready to take your money peddling magical products to turn back time but it's a load of rubbish. Sunscreen actually helps prevent skin aging prematurely, not to mention skin cancer.
I'd say moisturise every day, wear sunscreen, drink plenty of water and get lots of rest.
